At Safarwallah, we ensure a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please carefully read our updated payment policy below:
A mandatory, non-refundable booking amount of 30% of the total trip cost must be paid at least 7 days prior to the departure date to confirm your reservation.
The remaining 70% payment must be made at least 5 days prior to the departure date.
If full payment is not received at least 72 hours before the departure date, the booking will be considered automatically canceled from our end, and no refund of the booking amount will be issued.
All payments must be confirmed by providing the payment receipt or transaction ID via email or the official booking platform. Failure to confirm payments on time will result in cancellation as per the terms mentioned.
Payments can be made through online transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, or any other mode listed on our website.
